If something here is wrong, out of date or unfair, tell us. Include the page and what you believe is incorrect. We fix errors quickly and we say when we have.

Corrections take priority over everything else in the inbox.

We are happy to hear from properties, and happy to be told we have got something wrong about yours.

We do not accept payment for coverage, for ranking, or for the removal of criticism, and we do not publish sponsored articles. Please do not send a rate card.

Press trips and hosted stays are considered only where we remain free to publish whatever we conclude, and any hosted visit is disclosed in the article.
