Who is responsible for your data#

This site is operated by Kostas Taralas (the "operator"), contactable at hello@greeceluxtraveler.com.

For visitors in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the operator is the data controller for the personal data described below.

What we collect#

Directly from you. Only what you choose to send us. If you email us, we hold that email and your address in order to reply.

This site does not run a newsletter, an account system or a contact form at present. We do not ask for your name, address, phone number or payment details, and we never ask for passwords or card data.

Automatically. Standard technical information generated by visiting any website: IP address, browser and device type, referring page, pages viewed and timestamps. This is used to understand traffic and to keep the site secure and fast.

Cookies and similar technologies#

Strictly necessary. The site stores one preference in your browser's local storage - your choice of light or dark colour theme. It never leaves your device and is not personal data.

Analytics. We use privacy-respecting traffic measurement to count visits and see which guides are read. Where this is provided by our hosting platform it is cookieless and aggregated.

Advertising. This site may display advertising served by third parties, including Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and device identifiers to serve and measure advertisements, and may personalise them based on your prior visits to this and other sites.

You can control personalised advertising at Google Ads Settings and opt out of third-party vendor cookies at aboutads.info and youronlinechoices.eu. Where required by law, advertising and non-essential cookies are set only after you consent, and you may withdraw consent at any time.

Partner links. Clicking a partner link takes you to a third party - a booking platform, charter marketplace or transfer company - which will set its own cookies under its own privacy policy to attribute the referral. We receive aggregate reporting about bookings, not your personal details.

Who processes data on our behalf#

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing.

International transfers#

Some processors operate outside the EEA and UK. Where that happens, transfers rely on the safeguards those providers maintain, such as European Commission standard contractual clauses and applicable adequacy decisions.

How long we keep it#

Emails you send us are kept as long as needed to deal with the matter and for a reasonable period afterwards. Aggregated analytics are retained in summary form. Server and security logs are retained for a short period by our hosting provider under its own policy.

Your rights#

If you are in the EEA or UK you have the right to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, to data portability, to withdraw consent at any time, and to complain to your national data-protection authority.

To exercise any of these, write to hello@greeceluxtraveler.com.

Children#

This site is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from them.

Changes#

If this policy changes materially we will update the date at the top of this page.
